on this episode i sat down with kadie smith, owner and founder of drop cap design, to learn about her journey as a freelancer. hailing from birmingham, alamaba, this minimal and high-quality designer has quickly made a name for herself in the dallas markets and beyond. she started as a moonlighting freelancer while working a full-time job during the days until she was able to quit her job to do the freelance stuff full-time. with over four years of experience under her belt, i think she has much wisdom to share with us.
