during the time I did work for edcf, I produced a few different promotional pieces centered around member testimonies. this is the most recent of those pieces.


this is another of the promotional pieces I created but it was targeted at THE MASTERS AGE GROUP.


while knowing how to properly perform movements is important, sometimes it's impossible because of limited mobility. to help the members with this, we put together a few short series of videos on mobility.

east dallas Crossfit has previously hosted a few different events and so we would do highlight videos for those events. most notable was their annual fund raiser event: barbells and handlebars.


when jon bunner started coaching, we decided to put a video piece together that gave a bit of his background as an introduction piece to the members.


leading up to the barbells and handlebars events, we would announce the workouts along with a series of videos explaining them.


east dallas Crossfit uses zen planner to traCK THEIR MEMBERS ATTENDANCE AND PERFORMANCE. THEY PREVIOUSLY USED A DIFFERENT SYSTEM AND SO WHEN THEY SWITCHED OVER, WE PUT together THIS VIDEO TO HELP THE MEMBERS UNDERSTAND HOW TO USE THE SYSTEM.


I THINK IT'S IMPORTANT THAT MEMBERS UNDERSTAND THE MOVEMENTS THEY ARE DOINg. having a way to watch the movements performed in slow motion, at least to me, is very helpful in improving my own form. so we made a list of all the movement we could think of that are used at east dallas crossfit and then did a movement library of them all.

a few years ago rich drew got sponsored by pivot cycles and wanted to do a reveal video for instagram. this was when instagram only allowed fifteen second videos and so we shot this piece for him one night at cfdc fondren.
